I focus on unlocking commercial potential, scaling businesses for exit and driving strategic and operational transformation. My expertise spans buy-and-build integrations and larger-scale M&A, with a track record of delivering tangible financial impact.
As CCO, I led a revenue synergy strategy across a group built through acquisition, unlocking $30M in value on a $200M revenue base, later scaling the approach further. As COO, I executed a performance reset across a multi-country business, driving profitability and operational efficiency. Most recently, I led the go-to-market transformation of a £300M public-to-private, accelerating core revenues and opening new market opportunities.
My career spans strategy, transformation, and execution, with leadership roles at Marsh McLennan, AXA, and McKinsey. Now working independently for the past five years, I partner with private equity investors and portfolio company teams, augmenting leadership and investor teams through key transition and value-creation phases.
I hold an MBA from London, an MA from Oxford, and am a qualified NED, supporting boards where governance, growth, and transformation leadership make a difference.
