With over 25 years of experience at organisations such as McKinsey, Marsh McLennan, Capgemini, and AXA, both in the UK and internationally, and more than 5 years as an interim executive, Elias has held leadership roles in transformation, growth, P&L management and partner-level consulting.
His expertise and impact distinctively combines change delivery and operational revenue performance | across the value- cycle and including, for example, change of ownership, strategy shift, ‘scaling’, revenue synergy, market entry and performance uplift | focused on financial, professional & business services | with additional experience across manufacturing, retail and life sciences internationally.
Specific highlights include establishing +$30m in value from cross-group revenue synergy on a $200m revenue base as CCO; leading buy-and-build integration and revenue operations re-set for a market consolidator that achieved 12 acquisitions and $200m in 2 years; acting as transitional CCO during a private equity acquisition; and overseeing rapid-impact revenue transformation as a P&L owner.
Elias holds an MBA from London, an MA from Oxford and is a qualified non-executive director (NED). Based in Berkshire, UK, he has spent around 10 years in the Middle East and is a keen equestrian (who dreams of competing again!). Alongside his professional commitments, he does pro bono work targeting growth and governance for not-for-profits aimed at inclusion and education.
