Elias is a former partner and managing director at Marsh McLennan (MMC) internationally, with >20 years experience as a transformation / corporate development leader and CCO through change.  >7 years freelance; previously at Capgemini, McKinsey and AXA | MBA from London, MA from Oxford, qualified non-executive director (NED). 

He is an experienced CCO through change and a practice leader through performance re-set and a proven transformation leader and has worked through multiple M&As.   

A c-level executive and consultant, Elias is an accomplished and proven specialist in transformation and growth and post-M&A value creation.  He currently operates as a c-minus-one' interim executive and advisor to mid-market private equity portfolio companies; augmenting management and fund teams through impactful development, performance re-set and value creation.

Concentrated on B2B and services sectors, and with particular depth in insurance, he has also worked across a wide range of sectors including outsourcing (5 years), manufacturing, retail and life sciences.  In a highly international career that has been primarily UK-based, incorporating work across Europe and the USA; and with 8 years in the Middle East.
